Sorry folks, didn't realize how long it's been since I said hello. Has it really been over a year!?! Chale.
Ok. So in all this passed time I guess I have been just a little bit busy. The big on-going project has been turning our 1904 California Bungalow fixer-upper that we bought in July into a live-able home. It hasn't been easy, but I will share some tips or advice to anyone interested in buying a home and working on it. I swear Bob Villa's got nothin on me.
My other adventures are an endless search for either creating and eating, or buying and eating the best Gluten Free food in LA. Neither of which is easy. I've had a little bit of hope shine in my wheatless world lately with these three yummy finds: New Grist Gluten Free beer, BabyCakes GF banana chocolate chip bread, and Udi's GF white bread.
I guess between eating and working and sleeping, there hasn't been a lot of time for new art to be made, but somehow I did sneak in some commissions which I'll post up next time around.
In the meantime, check out my friend Felicia's lovely organic salon in Silverlake. Truly the best haircut for you and the environment.
